Tamil Spiritual Saints (Siddhars) are those who have attained perfection in yogic practices and ultimately reach the stage of immortality.
Through higher-level yogic practices, they attain a state of ultra luminosity that results invisibility, thus they remain impervious to ordinary vision. The sages with the immortal body are very few and among them, Lord Murugan known as Kandan is our first siddhar who attain a state of ultra luminosity. Sage Agasthiyar on the instruction of Lord Murugan originated the Tamil language and introduced to the world. Among many disciples of sage Agasthiyar, the most important disciple is sage Bhogar, who spread the knowledge of yoga, medicine and divinity.
Sage Bhogar disciples are Pulippani siddhar, Rama Devar, Babaji and Maha Maharishi.
Among four disciples, Maha Maharishi stayed with Bhogar for long period. Raga Aravindha Rishi is disciple of Maha Maharishi known as Maha Maharishi II.
There is a gap of over a century between them and their Guru-Shishya relaionship is eternal.
Raga Aravinda Rishi's direct disciple is Maha Maharishi III, who is still living with us for almost 320 years with immortal luminary body. His parents named him as Gunantha Verma but after his salvation he is popularly known as Maha Maharishi. He stayed in many places of SriLanka like Thirukonamalai, Kathirkamam, Pesalai and did many spiritual wonders.
In the year 1989, Full Moon day falls on Tamil month Karthigai (Karthikai Poornima day), 8th December evening 5:43 pm, our Maha Maharishi turned his body to immortal ultra luminary state in front of his twelve disciples in the place called Manthai near Thiruketheeswaram, Srilanka.
The one and only disciple who is living with us is our beloved Guruji, his holyness, Medical Genius. Shri. Omkara Guru.
With the grace & blessings of all Siddhars, our "Rishi's Meditation Mahayogam" is giving a divine Kriya Yoga practice to all to enjoy a happy life.

Pranayama – these are breathing exercises for concentrating and directing the life force in the body. Pranayama exercises are energizing and cleansing on the physical body, calming and beneficial for the mind and help to attain higher levels of consciousness. Specific pranayama exercises involve breathing in the Sushumna nadi, located in the centre of the spine. This stimulates the dormant Kundalini Shakti, purifies and balances the chakras and burns karma, accelerating ones spiritual growth.
Mantra – a mantra is the repetition of a series of sounds that relate to a particular energy associated with an aspect of the Divine. Repeating a mantra elevates or modifies ones consciousness, connects one with the Divine and helps to calm and concentrate the mind, making meditation much easier.
Meditation – this balances the mind and emotions and also has physiological and spiritual benefits. Specific meditation exercises make one more heart centered.
OM-Healing – this is an ancient group self-healing technique re-introduced to the world by Mahavatar Babaji. It supports the healing process of the body, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It transforms the aura of the body into light and assists ones spiritual growth.
